THE BIKERY
The Bikery is where your boxes of components and tins of colours are turned into custom bicycles. We are a mini factory where we pour our love and passion into everything we do. We would love it if you stopped on by!
We have fabulous coffee from local brewers Two Brothers Coffee and we’re working on our Barista skills every day. Our small and almost perfectly formed team build, sand, paint, and finish all of your bikes in house.
To make sure we can greet you with the welcome you deserve please let us know you’re coming to see us in advance. Just drop us a message via the contact box below and we’ll make sure we’re around.
We also have two shop dogs, Bertie and Reuben, if dogs aren’t your thing please let us know and we’ll make sure they take a well earned day off!

Full visual safety inspection and safety check – frame, wheels, forks, tyres.
Chain checked for wear and lubricated.
Indexing of gears if required.
Brakes inspected, aligned and adjusted where necessary.
Tyres checked and inflated as appropriate.
Headset alignment checked and adjusted.
Seatpost cleaned, refitted and adjusted to recommended torque settings.

VUELTA SERVICE PLUS -
Full drive train degrease (chain, cassette and chain ring).
Pedal inspection.
Crank torque check.
Full wheel inspection (hubs, rims, bearings, spokes, tyres). Truing if required.
Bottom bracket inspected.
All fastenings torqued to manufacturers specification.

GIRO SERVICE PLUS -
Frame and fork threads chased and faced.
Disc mounts faced (where applicable) .
Full hub cleaning.
Full headset removal and cleaning.
Full BB removal and cleaning.
All cables replaced.
Remove brakes, full cleaning.

BLUE PRINTING
Bike completely disassembled.
All components cleaned using ultra sonic cleaner, re-greased (where applicable) and fitted to exact manufacturer torque specification.
